Ms. Robinson is a former business manager and non-profit executive who successfully combines her years of accumulated business acumen with her legal experience to offer quality legal services to individuals, businesses and nonprofit organizations.

Ms. Robinson completed her undergraduate work Suma Cum Laude at Whitworth University in Organizational Management. Her pre-law experience includes ten years in contract administration for the entertainment industry and ten years in publishing management. Virginia graduated with a Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2005, and served as law clerk for the Honorable Lansing Haynes, First Judicial District of Idaho, for two years. Subsequently, Ms. Robinson worked in private practice for several years before establishing Attorneys Northwest, Inc., where she provided legal services to her community for six years.  Now, Ms. Robinson has returned to private practice here at her private firm, Robinson Law, PLLC.

Megan C. Anderson

Associate Attorney

Before joining Robinson Law as an associate, Megan Anderson worked in private practice for five years in Ada and Canyon Counties. During that time, Ms. Anderson handled divorce, child custody, termination of parental rights, adoption, guardianship/conservatorship cases, probates, and real property disputes.  Megan also gained meaningful experience as a Contract Attorney with Idaho Legal Aid Services where she assisted clients with Civil Protection Orders and Landlord/Tenant Law. Megan prides herself on effective communication with her clients to ensure they feel confident in her abilities to represent their interests in the courtroom.

Ms. Anderson received her undergraduate degree in Government from Regent University in 2013. During her undergraduate studies, she was made a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society.  Ms. Anderson received her Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2016. During law school, Megan made the Dean’s list and served as a legal extern in the Office of Governor Butch Otter. Megan went on to become a member of the Idaho and Montana state bars.

In her free time, Megan helps her husband run their plumbing company and spends time with her teenage children enjoying the outdoors and all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Katherine Robinson Olivier

Associate Attorney

Katherine “Kate” Olivier completed her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Sciences, with an Emphasis in Business in 2013. Prior to law school, she worked as a civil litigation paralegal for five years and later as a law firm administrator for seven years.

Ms. Olivier graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law. During her final year of law school, Kate served as the Judicial Extern for the Honorable Frederick P. Corbit for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Eastern District of Washington.

Kate’s extensive law firm experience, distinguished academic record, and valuable life experience as a married mother of two, gives her a practical understanding of law and life that makes her uniquely qualified to serve the firm’s clients as an associate attorney.
